Nagios Plugin Installation

Please follow below steps to install Nagios addon on you Jira server

 

  1. Login with Jira administrator account and Navigate to manage apps page as below

 

2. The below page will be visible. Click on “Find new apps“ link in left navigation

 

3. Type “nagios Jira“ in search field and hit “Enter“ key as below.

 

4. Click “Free trial“ button of “Nagio Integration for Jira“ by “Amrut Software Pvt Ltd“ to install Nagios plugin as the above screenshot.

 

5. A confirmation screen will appear as below. Click on “Accept & install“ button

 

6. Now navigate to “Manage apps“ page as below

 

7. We need to apply a valid license to above-installed plugin.

Look for Nagios plugin we just installed as below and click on “Free trial“ button.

 

8. If you are not logged in to “https://my.atlassian.com/“ it will ask to log in using Atlassian account login. You need to login with valid Atlassian account.

If you are not logged in to atlassian, it will ask to login as below

 

Enter Atlassian account email id and password details to proceed further.

 

If you are already logged in to “https://my.atlassian.com/” it will ask to generate license as below.

Type your organization name, click the checkbox of acceptance and click on “Generate License“ button.

 

 

9. Now click on “Apply License“ button as below

 

10. Again navigate to “Manage Apps“ page and verify if license is applied.

 

 

 

This completes the installation of Nagios Plugin.
