Troubleshoot

Follow the below steps to troubleshoot Nagios plugin.

  1. Navigate to “Logging and profiling“ in system settings as below

2. Click on “configure“ under default loggers section

3. Add “com.asp“ in package and set logging level to “DEBUG“ as below

4. All nagios plugin related logs can be seen in “atlassian-jira.log“ file
